Reason

This usually means the nozzle may not be screwed on to the wand correctly; or the washer that sits in-between the nozzle and wand is loose, worn, missing, or not sitting in the correct position; or the washer that sits at the top of the wand is loose, worn, missing, or not sitting in the correct position.

Solution

Replace the washer(s) on the wand or if necessary replace the nozzle.
