Reason
The main reason for the unit not pumping or lack of pressure is the plunger cup on the pump assembly being worn, missing, or not positioning correctly on the pump. It could also be the washer under the D-handle on the pump assembly.
Solution
Check the plunger cup and washer for any damage. If this part has worn/is missing – replacement part required. If the plunger cup is in good condition and is sitting in the correct position – ensure the part is lubricated (Vaseline or petroleum jelly).
