HUDSON SPRAYERS - LIMITED WARRANTY

All Hudson Sprayers come with a Hudson Consumer Limited Warranty.

DURATION OF OUR LIMITED WARRANTY

H.D Hudson Manufacturing Company warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this product at retail that it is free from problems in material and workmanship for the period specified above from the original date of purchase. This warranty shall be void and does not apply if there is damage to the product resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, alteration, modification, tampering or if there has been failure to follow the instructions and directions supplied with the sprayer at time of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of O-rings, gaskets or seals. This warranty shall be void if the product is used commercially or with non-consumer chemicals or spray materials.

If the product or any part of it shall malfunction during the warranty period, telephone Master Distributors Pty Ltd Customer Service on 03 9538 9200. We shall at our option replace any problem part(s) at no charge. However, we retain the right to require the prepaid return of the product, along with proof of purchase, for our examination. Do not return your sprayer to Master Distributors Pty Ltd unless you are requested to do so. (Unauthorised returns will not be acknowledged).

This limited Warranty is valid only in Australia and New Zealand.

You must retain your sales receipt as proof of the date of purchase and include it with any return of the product.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR CONSUMER USE, ARE LIMITED TO ONE (1) YEAR. H.D HUDSON MANUFACTURING COMPANY AND MASTER DISTRIBUTORS PTY LTD EXCLUDES LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY FOR ANY AND ALL INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES.
